Design, tool making, 3D model implementation:

We use Siemens Solid Edge software to actively use effective synchronous technology for design.

The pattern materials are adapted to the technology.

For tool making, we use vertical 3-axis and 4-axis machining centers that are programmed in a fully digital system. No nned for drawings, no need for manual programming.

We have the option of using our own prototype printer before handing over to the intended component.


It is not only limited to tool design, but also for the digital processing and production of machine parts and complete cast iron products.

We supply our customers finished products, coordinating the production of all items.

Our melting capacity : 2 pieces of Junker type 5-ton induction furnace with 20 ton per day capacity.


We have two types of production lines (2032 and 2013 MK 3), which can produce castings of 600×770 mm and 480×600 mm chamber sizes, 3000 shapes per day / machine capacity.

Our sizes are from 0 to 5 kg to 35 kg / pc.

Sand-blasting/ cleaning machine:

Conveyor track with suspension abrasive cleaning machine and 2 round table systems, in which we can change the type of grain.

Material testing:

The material quality test of the castings is checked by an ARL spectrometer. We have authentic tensile machines, hardness gauges, electromicroscopes for accurate material determination.


We process a significant part of our products (turning, drilling, milling, painting, etc.). Machining is done in the foundry field at our cutting plant. We have enough capacity to carry out larger chipping tasks.


A modern warehouse system assists the warehousing of finished and semi-finished goods and preserve the consistency of the patterns.
